Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 9, 2026
Ararat Builders ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you provide. When you submit our estimate form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, project type, approximate budget, and any project details you share.
- Call information. If you call a phone number listed on this site, we may use a call-tracking service to record call details such as your phone number, date, time, and duration, and calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
- Automatically collected information. Like most websites, we automatically collect technical and usage data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and how you interact with the site, through cookies and similar technologies.
2. Analytics & the Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., operator of Facebook and Instagram) to understand how visitors use our site and to measure and improve our advertising. The Meta Pixel uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages visited, actions taken (for example, submitting a form), and device and browser data.
This information may be shared with Meta and used to show you relevant ads on Meta's platforms and to measure their effectiveness. We may also use similar analytics or advertising tools in the future. Meta's handling of this data is governed by its own Privacy Policy. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
In addition to the browser-based pixel, we use server-side tracking through the Meta Conversions API to measure advertising performance more reliably. This server-side setup is hosted using Stape (Stape.io), a server-side tagging provider that processes this data on our behalf. As part of this, limited information — such as a hashed (encrypted) version of your email address or phone number, your IP address, and the actions you take on our site — may be sent from our servers to Meta to match conversions and improve ad measurement. This data is handled in accordance with Meta's and Stape's respective privacy terms.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide estimates and services;
- To contact you about your project by phone, text, or email;
- To operate, maintain, and improve our website;
- To measure and improve our marketing and advertising;
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate our business and website — for example, our website host (Netlify), form and email providers, call-tracking provider, our server-side tagging provider (Stape), and advertising and analytics partners such as Meta — and when required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Cookies & Your Choices
You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent; some parts of the site may not function properly if you do. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance.
6. Your Privacy Rights (California)
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
7. Data Retention & Security
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Children's Privacy
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
